The Budget Speech 2015-2016 announced the mounting of a training scheme with a view to enhance the employability of unemployed graduates by providing them with skills matching the requirements of the industry after following a tailor-made training programme and on-job placements in their respective fields of study. A monthly stipend of Rs 6,000 will be provided to each graduate by the HRDC during the training and placement period.
In this regards, KPTC worked in close collaboration with the HRDC so as to give those fresh/unemployed graduates a chance to start their professional career. Therefore, KPTC developed 4 training programmes as follows:
- Dealing with financial aspets within the Kalis Group of Companies
- Human Resource Management Strategies for Kalis Group of Companies
- Day-to-Day business Administration within Kalis Group of Companies
- In-depth ICT Guidance at Kalis Group of Companies
As at now, KPTC has put forward 3 batches of fresh graduates and is proud to voice out that we directly contributed to the permanent employment of those fresh graduates who were unemployed.
